Merchandising Executive
- Lead merchandise planning and procurement in alignment with brand requirements.
- Knowledge on listing, claims, reconciliations on e-commerce, e-commerce account management including account health (with any of major players like Amazon, noon or Wal-Mart.)
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
- Optimize merchandise selection to enhance sell-through rates.
- Efficiently execute merchandise operations, including timely order deliveries, returns, and inventory
- Prepare and present periodic merchandising reports.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other functions to meet work deliverables.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order
- Run day-to-day internal sales operations to ensure processes, policies and procedures are maintained and improved as needed.
Skills & Qualification

- A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems.
- Able to build strong working relationships across levels, geographies, and functions
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay etc.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Open to work during EU hours.
